Core Trainer, designed to be inserted into a plate and used as a grappler/landmine, ideal for strengthening the core.

NOTE: To fix the core trainer to our Riot Rig you need to select "Add Fulcrum Attachment" from the drop down menu below at extra cost. If you don't add this, the core trainer will be used itself inside a bumper plate (which anchors it down)
